While exploring Portugal, I was taken by the range of architectural forms. Stemming from a long history of beautifully tiled structures and elaborate decorative form on homes of all scales as well as places worship, Portugal's modern architecture continues the tradition while also pushing boundaries of spatial arrangement and composition.
I hope to find a continuity between structures both new and old through these photographs.
